We Appreciate Referrals

Refer to a Patient. Refer a Friend. Get a $50 Credit special until February 14th, 2026.

Anyone who refers to Sage & Serotonin Integrative Mental Health receives a $50 referral credit.

The referral credit can be:

  • Used by the person who made the referral OR

  • Passed on to someone else who may benefit from our services (for example, a patient/friend referred)

How the $50 Credit Can Be Used

The $50 referral credit may be applied toward:

  • Self-pay

  • Co- pays

  • Book club or group sessions

  • Select supplements offered through our clinic

Referral credits are applied directly to services or products at Sage & Serotonin and are non-cash.

How to Make Sure the Referral Credit Is Applied

To ensure accurate tracking and credit, please include all three of the following:

  • Referral person name (the person receiving or gifting the credit)

  • Referred by
